'Morning' sickness and pain in early pregnancy strip. Any tips?
Ladies, I am 9 weeks pregnant. Woo! Indeed, to be happy is not easy right now. For the past two or three weeks I have had morning sickness, the band plays. I tried to eat, Before I get up at nibbing biscuits and bananas to eat without drinking water within an hour, no dice. I am sick 4-8 times a day. The only thing I can consistently hold keep the lunch, and that's not even happen today. Breakfast is always on, and at a dinner for three. What the hell can I do? I get the shakes not hold much food down, and I'm throwing up sick. And how would it be that ligament pain? I feel like my pelvis is getting pulled apart, especially If I stand up from sitting, or I sneeze. Is there enough that I can do or something that just a little?
Well … First of all. I am SOOOOOO HAPPY for you and only you know ae going to be the coolest mom! Congratulations! Ok .. part of the morning sickness. I am the queen of morning sickness. I 'm 8 months preggy and still they have with Riley! lol … I had it for 5 months with Brody. I can tell you some things to help. Crackers do not work with me. Remain You away from red meat! This will kill your stomach, and in any case, they make you sick. My book says to try yogurt. (I hate yogurt – but maybe not), too. Cheese is a dummy tummy. Try some cheese, if nothing else. Heavy foods go back to get the most part. I had luck with fruit, with Riley, almost always keep them down. Get the book called The Everything Pregnancy Book by Maryann Brinley. This will help you sooo much. With baby # 2, I even reference. (Remember USUALLY morning sickness lasts only until 12 weeks. You're almost) on target. Ligament pain. Sorry to hear you are dealing with this already. I did not know that this with Brody but I have it severly with Riley. Try a heating pad when you can … Hot baths some help. Nothing also helps much to me at this point in the game. Anyways, I hope I could help you some. Ask your doc, but my doctor told me, a kind of over the counter meds to help, increase. (I think it was unisom (sp?) I'm worried a bit since the last 2 miscarrages last year, so I dcided against drugs) But ask yourself her … I also have a wristband to read help motion sickness. I have no idea. I thought I'd pass on that you return ~ Edit: I thought about prenatal. Often they are the cause of morning sickness. Have your doctor tells you a bunch of different samples and tell him / her about the morning sickness. There are so many different types of prenatal is perhaps only a change to help you. She had me on prenantals w / Iron (with Brody), and they killed me. I was in a smoother prenatal prone turned on and it helped a little.
