Why is our society, "Women's Studies" but not "Men's Studies"?
Is this an example of prejudice against people in Western society? Is that an example must externalize womans? Could Men's Studies, presented without subsequent feminization of the results be around them socially appealing?
Since that time, the general curriculum, "Men's Studies." All other was pushed to the edge or something long that it is difficult to everything but white male colleges teach ignored. In sociology, for example, you can change the name of a company or even the theory part philosophical theories in which a woman ever been attributed to? Only in the last three decades, if ever, women have a part of the core business of academic was Curriculum, and even then we have to go dig out of the way the efforts of women from the 1960s. It is the same for minority studies as well. Perhaps in another Century, we will forward to the point where we do not have to go mining, women's and minority rights will find contributions to all fields of study, since they are then already a part of the general curriculum. But until then, we will be things like "Women's Studies" and "Black History Month." No, it's not fair to white men, but it is not fair to the other without.
